Hey there — I'm glad you're here!

My name is Eric, and I help everyday people train for big adventures on the trail. Whether you’re dreaming of your first 25K or eyeing a 100-miler, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I didn’t grow up running. In fact, I didn’t run my first race until I was an adult. But something changed when I ran a marathon side-by-side with my 13-year-old daughter. Seeing her cross that finish line lit a fire in me — and I’ve been running ever since.

Since then, I’ve gone on to complete everything from fast 5Ks to grueling 100-mile ultramarathons. I’ve climbed big hills, battled through pain, and discovered how to train smart without burning out.

Now, I use everything I’ve learned — from real-life experience and coaching certifications — to help others train with confidence, avoid injury, and actually enjoy the journey.

I created My Endurance Life to make training simple, encouraging, and fun — no matter your pace, background, or experience.
